Each year I like to go through and recollect who my top artists, albums, and songs were. So let’s get it started!

Artists:

1. Skyler Fox (this guy is AWESOME!)
2. Daft Punk (always great, but most likely this is all TRON stuff, we’ll have to see in the Albums section)
3. Sabaton (power metal history lessons)
4. Grum (late to the game here, but great euro house)
5. Ellie Goulding (my favorite British pixie)
6. The Flashbulb (romantical) / Van She (great remixers)
7. Galerie Stratique (french Canadian ambient electronica)
8. Venetian Snares (electronica version of the popular blinds, drill ‘n bass)
9. Celldweller (great BT remix plus faux cinematic electronica)
10. Emancipator (who?)
11. Crystal Castles (because Skyler Fox doesn’t count, and who doesn’t like Robert Smith on a track?)

Honorable mention in this category for Dee D Jackson for her automatic lover (that I WILL make in to a broadway show one day…)

2. Daft Punk - Tron Legacy/Reconfigured (great soundtrack album, great remix album)
3. Grum - Heartbeats
4. Ellie Goulding - Bright Lights (indeed)
5. The Flashbulb - Arboreal (more like surreal!)
6. Venetian Snares - My So Called Life (not staring Claire Daines)
7. Celldweller - Songs for the voices in my head vol 2 
8. Therion - Gothic Kaballah (I’m still listening to this?)
9. Dee D Jackson - Cosmic Curves (she DOES have cosmic curves!)
10. Sophie Ellis-Bextor - Make A Scene (best pop album of the year, no doubt)
